General Terms And Conditions (T&C)
1. Eligibility:
By registering for this conference, you confirm that you are eligible to participate and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
2. Registration:
Your registration is only complete upon receipt of full payment of the registration fee. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is successfully processed.
3. Payment:
All payments must be made via the payment options available on the college website. Registration fees are charged in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to applicable taxes and charges.
4. Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the conference. Abusive language, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5. Changes to Event:
Abhinav Education Society's College of Pharmacy reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice. We will notify registered participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.
6. Intellectual Property:
All content presented during the conference, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings, is the intellectual property of the respective presenters or the College. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of such content is prohibited.
7. Liability:
Abhinav Education Society's College of Pharmacy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the conference, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
8. Photography and Recording:
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organizers. The college reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation to you.
9. Force Majeure:
The College will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government regulation, or any other unforeseen event.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
