Return Policy
1. Digital Product or Service:
The registration fee for the international conference represents a digital product or service and, therefore, is non-returnable.
2. Non-transferability:
The registration is non-transferable to other events or individuals.
Refund Policy
3. No Refunds:
All payments made for the international conference registration are non-refundable. This includes cases of non-attendance due to personal circumstances, natural calamities, or any other reason beyond the control of the college.
4. Event Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by Abhinav Education Society’s College of Pharmacy, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
5. Event Postponement:
If the event is postponed, the registration fee will automatically be applied to the rescheduled date. If a participant cannot attend on the new date, a request for a refund can be submitted within 7 days of the announcement.

6. Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations initiated by the participants will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations:
In the event the college cancels the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or the participants can choose to transfer their registration to the next scheduled event.
8. Modification or Transfer of Registration:
Any modification or transfer of registration details must be requested in writing via email at least 15 days before the event date. The college reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
